Franchise Support & Training

You will be expected to work with franchisees from pre launch right through to their ongoing day to day support. You will deal with all franchisees within the network so must have experience of working with people on different levels. You must have prior training experience, and ideally come from a Hospitality background. A love of coffee is essential. You will be expected to travel nationwide reporting directly to the Managing Director. Competitive package for the right candidate.

Franchise Development Manager

Working in conjunction with all divisions of the management team you will be expected to help develop the franchise network in the UK. You should have a strong sales, marketing and business development background. Candidates from different industries are welcome to apply. You will need to help franchisees grow their business with structured objectives that can be monitored remotely allowing you to work with various franchisees at the same time. Adding value to the overall Cafe2U brand is essential. You will travel nationwide and you will need to provide regular and detailed management reports to the management team. Franchise Recruitment Officer

You will possess a successful track record in franchise sales, and ideally within an establishing franchise, rather than mature.  You will be prepared to help drive the new franchise development forward and ensure only the best franchisees invest in Cafe2U.  You will be success driven, hungry, and understand the needs of a young business. Cafe2U would like to hear from people who have the desire to develop Cafe2U in mainland Europe (Not the UK or Ireland). Cafe2U are looking for individuals or partnerships that have a proven track record of success in their current work/life situations and want the opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding Cafe2U - the world’s largest mobile coffee franchise.

The right candidate(s) will manage the Cafe2U franchise system for Cafe2U in their designated country. You will undertake all aspects of appointing, training and receiving fees from franchisees. You will need to have the management and financial skill that will see you expand an already successful business. You will need to have funding in place or the ability to raise funds in the region of £100,000 (depending on your country size).
