Each Cafe2U Franchise Partner receives a comprehensive 4 week training package, at the Cafe2U Academy in Yorkshire, which we have named the Acceleration Package. Why? Because we have proved that this training and launch program propels a new franchise partners revenue and skill sets to a level that previously took at least three months to achieve.
- 1 week of classroom training
- 1 week Franchise Partner (in territory) pre-work conducted under supervision of the Franchise Development Manager
- 2 weeks in territory launch program with a Franchise Partner Development Manager to fast track the development of the business, find customers, and help you please them!
- Franchise Partner Revenue Guarantee of £275 per day!
Ongoing Support and Coaching
The ongoing support and coaching provided by a franchisor is as important and valuable as the initial training, and we understand this and have a system which is rigorous and flexible to suit your needs at different times of your franchise journey. Through a system of phone calls, visits, operational updates, and opportunities to meet other franchisees we provide a level of support to assist without smothering and to be suitable to your needs.
National Marketing Campaigns
Franchise Partners are supplied with a Marketing Tool Kit to facilitate building their local business whilst being backed by national branding campaigns.
The Franchise Partner marketing fund has elected representatives (Franchise Partner Advisory Council) that ensure funds are spent on the most relevant strategies to develop all Franchise Partners in all areas.
Annual Conference & Regional meetings
Cafe2U organise and host regular national and regional meetings for franchise partners in different parts of the country. These opportunities mean like minded business individuals have an opportunity to meet up, and network with each other, as well as learn, and socialize outside of the formal visits.
